The Our North Pole village map with Santa's Workshop, the Reindeer Stables and the Coal Mine

How It Works

Making Christmas More Connected

One village, two devices

A grown-up creates the family village and gets a single join code. Children type that code on their own device and step into the same snowy North Pole map — Santa's Workshop, the Reindeer Stables, the Elf Post Office and more. Wishes, points and letters update on both devices.

The Christmas list

Children add wishes in Santa's Workshop, and grown-ups approve or gently decline them from their own screen. Everyone sees the same list, so there are no duplicate surprises and no lost scraps of paper.

Nice points, jobs and the coal mine

Grown-ups set little jobs and award nice points when they're done. As points grow, more reindeer wake in the stables and the Nice List Hall fills in. For particularly mischievous days there is the Coal Mine — coal can be given and, thankfully, cleared again.

Letters from the Elf Post Office

Children can send messages to Santa, and grown-ups reply as the big man himself from the Elf Post Office — a little extra magic in the run-up to Christmas.
